Shipping & RETURN Policies


All orders shipped within Canada/US are done with via Canada Post.  All Canadian and United States orders under $99 are subject to a $39.99 shipping charge, Anything over $99 is free shipping. All International* Orders under $400 are subject to a $60 shipping charge, Anything over $400 is free shipping. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size or weight. 

* International Countries include Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago.

* We do not ship bikes, bike trainers and tires directly from the website due to variable shipping prices, but you can contact us here and will send you an invoice with an exact shipping price and will ship bike, bike trainers and tires to your door step.


The majority of orders will be completed in one business day. When your order is available for pickup, we will contact you by phone or email. Before coming to our store if you need something right immediately, we ask that you phone to make sure it's still in stock. Orders must be picked up within 14 days, excluding unusual circumstances, or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.


Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you give us and prevents third parties from being able to "see" your transaction information, we safeguard the security of your information while it is being transmitted. We only show the last five digits of your credit card numbers when your account details are displayed on your screen. Additionally, you can decide whether or not to save your payment card information in your online account with us.

We offer a 15-day return period on all new items in their original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received them.

  • Bikes and frames are only available for store credit. No exceptions.
  • Please only send back new items.  Returned items that have been installed, used, and not in NEW condition are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, we may return the used item back to you or it may be available for store credit minus a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • We do not refund Domestic or International shipping charges for the original order, only the item(s) returned.
  • If the item(s) exceeds the 15-day return limit but is still brand new, unused, and in full retail packaging we can offer store credit, not a refund.
  • Used or worn soft goods, shoes, and/or helmets without all new tags and packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Anything past 1 year will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
  • **International Orders** - If you return items from an International order, you may be refunded a different amount, based on the current exchange rate at the time of the return, which may be less than your original order.
