1. Frame: 

Frame replacement principle: The same frame replacement for the principle, if the product has been discontinued, that is to replace the new generation with the same type of bicycles. 

2. No frame number (polished off) is not within the warranty range.

Requirement:The distributor need to provide below information for the broken frame such as model name,bicycle frame number(on the bottom of BB).What’s more,It’s important to offer the picture and video of cracked part of frame one by one.This helps to identify whether the frame is damaged by human improper operation or broken by a heavy fall or frame itself quality problem.

3.Frame paint and general parts: one year from the date of purchase, including: front fork, shock absorber, front/rear flower drum, rim, handlebar,stem,seat tube,brake level,crankset,flywheel,front/rear brake,etc. (Mainly in accordance with the warranty period provided by the original parts manufacturer). 

4.Other consumable parts are not within the warranty scope (such as: outer tire, inner tire, brake wire, speed change wire,chain, steel wire, bell, brake rubber (brake pad, brake block), disc, etc., are not part of the general parts of the warranty scope.) 

5.Due to the following reasons, failure is not suitable for the warranty repair scope, the Sunpeed store in your country can provide repair, but will charge the cost and repair fee. 

1. Failure caused by failure to use or maintain in accordance with this instruction manual; 
2. Accident collision, overturn or fall from a height caused by failure; 
3. Those who have been through Sunpeed special repair shops or modified/replaced non-original parts without permission; 
4. Business lease or abnormal use; (Repeated leasing and other frequent use of an unspecified majority of personnel) 
5. Failure and damage of other parts due to the consumption of consumables without timely proper maintenance or replacement; 

6.The tire is punctured by sharp objects, resulting in tire leakage or puncture; 

7.Pedal, front and rear hub, steering system, shock absorber, flywheel and other rotatable parts of the sound or vibration will not affect the general function; 

8.Consumable parts: handle belt (sleeve), inner and outer tires, brake pad, disc, brake cable, variable speed cable, crank, chain, cassette,rim, steel wire and other parts due to wear and tear consumption problem does not provide protection; 

9.The paint surface of the frame and parts may be corroded or paint off due to sweat, collision, friction and other external environmental factors; 

10.The stem and seatpost are not properly assembled according to the safety line marked, causing damage to the frame;

11 storage place is not good, or after long-term use caused by painting paint surface peeling, metal surface or plastic parts of the natural fading; 

12. Used to perform stunts or jumps and other actions, resulting in parts damage or function failure;
